5 Year Warranty
All consumers that purchase an iCandy stroller will receive a 5- year warranty.
Exceptions to the 5-year warranty:
- The tires – Covered for 3-years
- Soft goods – Covered for 2-years
- Accessories – Covered for 1-year;
The warranty is for manufacturing faults only and will not cover the following:
- Misuse of the stroller
- Airline damage, damage in car collision, theft, etc
- Strollers categorized as a 'total loss' or 'insurance write off'
- Alterations, modifications or tampering
- Damage or surface corrosion from environmental conditions
- Cosmetic conditions or surface damage including scratches, chips, stains etc
It will also not cover any faults caused by lack of maintenance or natural degradation such as:
- Repair through a non-approved or authorized iCandy repair centre.
- Faults after or during use with buggy board
- The use of inferior quality parts not approved by iCandy.
- Normal deterioration such as tyre wear.
- Normal wear, tear such as discolouration, fading, rust erosion or deformation.
- Gradual wearing of mechanical components in proportion to age and usage of the product.
