Returns Policy

iCandy is dedicated to offering a high level of Customer Service. If you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

To qualify for a refund, the item/s must not be used and must be returned in the original packaging and condition it was received. That means no damage or scratches, with original labels, user instructions, guarantee leaflets and other wrappings.

  • Item(s) must be in new and unused condition, including all parts, accessories, manuals, and original iCandy branded packaging
  • Damaged items upon delivery must be claimed within 5 days of receipt.
  • The item must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase to be returned.
  • Returns received without being approved will automatically get refused at no cost to iCandy.
  • Items cannot be assembled and repackaged
  • Your refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to make your original purchase.
  • Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
  • We suggest that you ship your return through a service that provides package tracking because we cannot issue refunds for returns that have been lost in shipping.
  • Once your item is received an inspected, refunds can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to process.
