Free Shipping Service

iCandy currently offer free shipping on all orders that are shipped to the contiguous 48 states and are priced at over $99. There is no free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, APO/FPO, or Puerto Rico.

Your order will be shipped the cheapest way possible and will include a tracking number. Shipping time will take approximately 5 to 10 business days to arrive.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to applicable orders. This will be reflected on your sales order confirmation and invoice.

 

Secure Shipping

Due to your order being a high-value item, we will require signature at the time of delivery. This ensures you are the one that actually receives the item and there is no theft involved. You may request a waiver of this signature option at your discretion. However, if a signature waiver is requested for an order, iCandy removes all responsibility from the order once the order is marked as “delivered” with the carrier. This order will be seen as complete and any loss or theft on the order must be taken by the customer to the carrier.

 

Changes to Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order information provided is correct. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is shipped.
