What communication will I receive regarding my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order, outlining the date and time of your order, the items you have purchased, your billing and shipping address, chosen delivery method and payment method.
Once the order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification email with the tracking number, so you can track your order.
Once you have received your delivery, please check that you have received all the items ordered and contact us immediately, (within 14 working days), if any items are damaged or missing, so we can replace them for you.
I am unable to use your website. Are there other ways I can purchase direct from iCandy?

How do I activate my iCandy Warranty?
You don't need to do anything to activate your 5 year warranty - just keep hold of your proof of purchase.
What does the iCandy warranty cover?
iCandy warrants that your new iCandy Pushchair will be free from defects in material or workmanship. If any defects of this nature should occur within the warranty period iCandy will make any repairs, using new parts, to put right any problems free of charge.
