5 Year Warranty

All consumers that purchase an iCandy stroller will receive a 5- year warranty.

Exceptions to the 5-year warranty:
  • The tires – Covered for 3-years
  • Soft goods – Covered for 2-years
  • Accessories – Covered for 1-year;

The warranty is for manufacturing faults only and will not cover the following:
  • Misuse of the stroller
  • Airline damage, damage in car collision, theft, etc
  • Strollers categorized as a 'total loss' or 'insurance write off'
  • Alterations, modifications or tampering
  • Damage or surface corrosion from environmental conditions
  • Cosmetic conditions or surface damage including scratches, chips, stains etc

It will also not cover any faults caused by lack of maintenance or natural degradation such as:
  • Repair through a non-approved or authorized iCandy repair centre.
  • Faults after or during use with buggy board
  • The use of inferior quality parts not approved by iCandy.
  • Normal deterioration such as tyre wear.
  • Normal wear, tear such as discolouration, fading, rust erosion or deformation.
  • Gradual wearing of mechanical components in proportion to age and usage of the product.
